Please note all vehicles impounded or repossessed will only be released to the registered owner, all personal property will only be released to the registered owner, and vehicle and property redemptions will only be made during business hours (mon-Fri); NO EXCEPTIONS!! All impounded redemptions must be paid in cash! You must provide a photo ID and proof of ownership upon redemption. All vehicles being towed from our facility must be left on a trailer or tow truck, and there must be no towing off premises with chain or tow rope! You will not be allowed to make any repairs while the vehicle is in the impound lot ( NO EXCEPTIONS). Storage on impounded vehicles begins when the car arrives at our location.
