We will use GPS to determine where our closest service member is to your location.  If our customer has a cell phone, we will provide text updates on ETA.  Our Dispatch Center will communicate with you once our assistance is on-site and at the end of the call to confirm that the job is complete and that you are completely satisfied with our service and professionalism.
